Hiking and Adventure Travel in Europe

Hell Valley Gorge, (Höllentalklamm) is the best hike I’ve done in Bavaria, Germany. Located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen it’s also easily accessed from Munich.

Andechs Monastery is not only famous for its pilgrimage and praying, its also known for its monk brewed beer, some of Germany’s finest.

My favorite attraction in Stuttgart is not one of the several castles, nor is it one of the cities’ fine museums. It’s not even the world famous Opera House. My favorite attraction in Stuttgart is a big pile of rubble.
