For ALL tours, please have at least 2 other alternative start dates in case your first choice date isn’t available.
For the 7 and 10-day tours, If you’re choosing private double accommodations, in addition to having at least 2 alternative start dates, you must be open to staying in dormitory some nights.
As of November 5th, it won’t be possible to have private double every night since in at least one location they’re already fully booked out for the season, while others are 80% full. You’ll receive a discount for every night of dormitory accommodations, which will be applied to your invoice.
Note: there’s no central booking system where we can check availability in advance. We have to call or email every accommodation to check. We do that once we’ve received your booking form and deposit.
Also, please be advised that there are 2 nights where you may have to take additional transfers (to Bourg Saint Maurice if accommodation isn’t available in Chapieux and to Courmayeur if accommodation isn’t available in Val Ferret.). These are already advised in the itineraries.
